FOOD STORAGE POLICY

Ensure when storing food in a fridge or freezer

It is in an approved / appropriate container

It is labelled correctly

Raw Meat & Fish are stored at the bottom of fridges

NOTE:

Foods in a refrigerator should be stored at or below 5C

Frozen Foods in a freezer at  -18 C
